About Me

Rocsana Enriquez — Founder of RocSana Wellness Strategies
Tools to Grow. Power to Choose.

Hi, I’m Rocsana Enriquez — a public servant, community advocate, consultant, and Trauma Informed yoga instructor, as well as a proud mother and the heart behind RocSana Wellness Strategies.

I started this work because I’ve seen firsthand how complex and fragmented systems can be. Over time, I realized that true change requires both compassion and innovation — creating new ways for families and youth to access the resources, healing, and opportunities they deserve.

Having to advocate for greater access to quality schools and fair workplace systems has motivated me to reimagine how things can be done differently — with equity, empathy, and the best interest of the community at heart. That’s what inspired me to create RocSana Wellness Strategies a space where people can find tools, support, and the confidence to rise and make lasting change.

I was born in the U.S. to Salvadoran parents and raised with grit, heart, and resilience. I’m a first-generation college graduate with a Bachelor’s in Justice Studies and a Master’s in Public Administration & Public Health. Over the past decade, I’ve led youth and family programs, shaped trauma-informed policy, and advocated for reforms in education, housing, and public health. I have worked with incarcerated and at-risk youth for more than 10 years and have a passion for prevention.

I managed a financial literacy program that reached hundreds of youth across the Bay Area — because I believe financial empowerment is a form of healing. I’ve partnered with schools to ensure students have the tools and resources they need to thrive. I continue to work on policies that empower families and youth to reach their fullest potential — because they deserve systems that work for them, not against them.

Beyond programs and policy, I’ve served in several civic leadership roles — including Planning Commissioner, Juvenile Justice Commissioner, and Vice-Chair of the Redwood City Police Advisory Committee. As a JusticeCorps Alumna through AmeriCorps, I helped more than 800 families navigate the Family Law court system as self-represented litigants. In each of these roles, I’ve worked to build trust between communities and institutions, organize public safety town halls, and influence decisions that shape real lives.

But titles aside, I do this work because I’ve lived it. I consult because systems need to listen to real voices. I coach because families need someone in their corner. I guide because our youth deserve to believe in themselves again — and someone has to remind them that they can.

RocSana Wellness Strategies is about more than services — it’s about restoring dignity, rebuilding trust, and making healing practical. Whether you’re a parent, student, educator, nonprofit leader, or public agency, I'm here to walk with you if you believe in doing things differently.

Let’s grow. Let’s choose. Let’s build something better — together.
